DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:

We require a 50% deposit of booking value to secure the venues.
This is refundable on cancellation on a sliding scale depending on the time available to re-book the facility before the arrival/conference date.
Bookings thus cancelled 2 months (61 days) before arrival would be refunded in full. 
Bookings cancelled 60 - 31 days before arrival would receive a 75% refund, 30-21 days - 50%, 20 - 0 days - no refund.

Deposits paid for World Cup 2010 accommodation are non-refundable.

Early departures lose 100% deposit and are payable in full as booked.
